ICO Chapter 1: The Arts

ICO has been in the process of organizing a new and exciting project called C-WW since early 2002 !! This international on-line directory will combine as a global index of artists and creators acting during the 20th Century. ICO will preserve the outstanding images in historical record on the web as a reference for up coming new creators to access.

This service will provide recognition and publicity to Artists of all categories globally, developing one of the worlds biggest on-line directories of artistic contacts worldwide. As we are an Internationally recognized association, people from all corners of the world are welcome and can easily get involved.

Please send your data to ICO HQ now !!!!!


We would like to feature your name and talents honorably, therefore in order, please send your the details to ICO HQ for registering in the C-WW project:
1. First, please send your bio and personal portrait photo by email to secure your space in advance.
* Instead of your photo you can illustrated your own character or drawing.
* The published portrait photo space on-line will be 160 pixels wide, or about 6 cm.
* Keep your Biography details to no more than 300 words, typed and sent as an email rather than an attachment. (Reducing possibilities of viruses getting into our system and eliminates the many file formats available between PC and Mac platforms. It is easier to supply the text in an email, with "Biography" typed in the email subject).
* Fill in the registration form attached. Information will be accepted in the English language only.
2. Please submit 10 of your best high quality representative images by Email.
(We will showcase 5 at one time per artist)
~ Remaining 5 images will be stored as spare images.
~ Images to showcase on-line should be 72 dpi, JPG format and RGB color.
~ The final image size published on line will be 640 pixels (longest side), for the 72 dpi image.
3. Please supply a personal short comment/quote or sentence to submit with your details and images.
~ The theme or topic is left up to you. You can write your motto or proverb etc.
~ Any comment is fine, as long as it reflects on your memories and life as an artist.
4. Qualifications:
~ Professional artist or creators.
~ Artists are nominated by C-WW members selection Committee from the ICO HQ.'s
~ According to an artists family or friends recommendation, nominations for exceptionally talented artists who unfortunately are deceased, also share the opportunity to register their talents for recognition to the world.
