For the contributors :
A Submission conditions
1 Please make your design layout according to the following indication sample.2 In order to keep our publication identity, please use the indication layout, font, font's size and layout spaces.
3 You may enlarge or reduce your layout design within our border indications.
4 Header space for your data information is from top edge to 50 mm. ( Please refer following B indications )
5 Re. the header part,
a) Company / Studio name / Designer's name.
b) Your country.
Please draw 1.5 point line under the name. (The decoration line should be only left page)
(This data section & image number should be Black color only)
6 Captions are optional. You may feature experimental images also. In this case you don't need any captions.
If including image captions, please use the following order:1. Client Name :

7 Please add each artwork's image number to the bottom left edge in order to interlock with data information (item NO.4).
8 Submissions will be accepted based on order of arrival. Our proposed deadline should be the 15th of February, 2005 and the final deadline should be the end of February, 2005. Those submissions received after the book reaches its 256 page capacity will be held over for next year's publication. We anticipate the book to fill up sometime during early 2005 so a prompt response will help insure your inclusion.
9 Submissions layouts should be by CD using QuarkXPress 4.1 or Illustrator software / Version 8.0 (Outlined one).
Other software programs will not be compatible.
Two CD copies of your submission are required.10 Submission image data on CD should be 360 dpi, PhotoShop 5..0, or EPS format. Also include two printed copies of your submission we may use as proofs.
We require 2 sample prints, one for ICO and one for the printer.11 Please let us know your contact person & contact number plus email address.
12 When sending your CD to ICO HQ. please indicate "No commercial Value" on your Postal form in order to avoid unnecessary import tax.

14 Submission work should not have appeared in any other design annuals during the past two years ideally.
