Your featured valuable images will be protected by a DRM security system, which will be provided by each

Each eBook, will be published as soon as the prescribed number of excellent works
have been gathered for that individual category.

OTHER IMPORTANT MATTERS & NOTE FOR THE CONTRIBUTORS:
The essential points for the submission of your artworks for our new edition are as follows:

Each artist can feature approximately 20 to 25 images, depending on your situations.

Regarding your biography, it will be featured on the 2nd page,
ICO will upload the "Who's Who in World Art Index" in the near future on the ICO site.

We need an image icon, 3cm x 3cm in size, from each artist for the index page.
This icon will be used as the artist's icon, for the index.

Please indicate the following information for each image in English.
a) Image title:
b) Drawing material:
c) Original image size:
d) Date created:
e) Your full name or pen name:
f) Your country:
g) Join to the "Self Art Marketplace" project, or not.

Submission image data requirements:
1) The image size should be at least A-4 size (21cm X 29.7cm).
2) Image data resolution : 200 dpi
3) Format Form : Photoshop,(.psd) Illustrator (.ai) EPS (.eps) TIFF (.tif) by CD or
DVD media. (We cannot accept Microsoft's WORD, EXCEL, or POWERPOINT.)
4) Color Mode : RGB
5) Small icon image (3cm x 3cm in size) for your index page.
6) Your portrait photo or image photo for your introduction page. (Any size)

Please attach your name, your country and your email address clearly on your
CD or DVD.
Do not stick your data, "memo paper", or "seal" directly onto your CD or CVD.
It may prevent us from being able to open your CD or DVD media.
Please include your information data along with your CD 0r DVD, to avoid our misunderstanding.

When you send your media, please indicate "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" on the envelope.

ICO cannot return your CD, or your images.
Send images of your own artwork, created by you.
Please do not send your original paintings. ICO cannot accept them, or be responsible for them.
Submit your images only by CD-Rom or DVD-Rom.
ICO may use the images you send for this title's PR. activities.
Unfortunately, this time we cannot supply a complimentary copy to you because of the eBook's
copyrights security system.
But you will be able to bollow this ebook from your local area's public library.
Of course, if you wish, you may also purchase this e-Book for your own enjoyment and for
your own personal business promotion.
