Welcome To ICO's Job Bulletin Board

We are proud to announce the ICO Job Bulletin Board, an exciting new international meeting place for both clients and creators. For anything from small jobs up to large projects our Job Bulletin Board offers the opportunity for clients and creators alike to work directly with each other. Artists may find suitable creative jobs. Clients may find outstanding creators worldwide. Both the client and the creator will be able to expand their business widely through the use of our new Job Bulletin Board.


■ Our creative work bulletin board (Job Bulletin Board) is a market place for creators.

■ This Bulletin Board will feature jobs containing business requirements requested by the client.

■ The client may feature the contents of their requests free of charge.

■ Please check the Bulletin Board for suitable jobs. If you find a job that is of interest to you please register with ICO first in order to become a general creators' member. This is free of charge. ICO will then provide you with a member's number. Once you have your member's number you may contact the client directly. When a mutual agreement between the client and creator has been reached the project may proceed. For subsequent jobs there is no need to contact ICO. The client and creator will be free to work directly with each other.

■ Since ICO's role is mediation between both parties we will basically not touch your project.

■ It will not be necessary for the creator to pay a commission to ICO for the project.

■ If you wish to feature your name, contact address, and a thumbnail size representative image of your work on the ICO site the cost will be just US $20 for one year. Showcasing your thumbnail size representative image, name, and contact information is optional. Even if you do not choose to have this information featured on our ICO site you may still accept Bulletin Board jobs. All that is needed is your free member's number, plus approval and mutual agreement between the client and the creator.
■ As a general creators' self promotional tool you may wish to link your home page with our ICO site. We can do this for you on the condition that you will cover ICO's small expense for providing this service ............Click

■ We at ICO recommend that you join us as a Job Bulletin member. (Members will be chosen by our ICO selection committee.) Members will be informed of special project inquiries according to the client's request, including the client's confidential matters.

■ If you do not have your own site, ICO will provide your introduction page in ICO site in charge. Please offer to ICO America or ICO HQ. freely. (This is passed the ICO selection committee creators only ) ..............Click

Should I propose my ideal budget in advance? How should I pay the creator?
It is best to indicate your ideal budget in US$ in advance, in order to avoid misunderstandings. If you have no idea what the normal budget for a job should be you may discuss this with the creator, or you may get advice from ICO concerning this.
