Sophie Mejan / Holland Sophie Mejan is a freelance illustrator & visualiser for advertising agencies with clients such as Phillips, KLM, Heineken, Bjenkorf department stores & Mazda. Born in 1947 in The Hague, Holland, she graduated from the Royal Academy of Art and undertook additional study at ABK Arnhem in graphic design and fashion illustration. She illustrated for international textiles and taught at the Royal academy of Art in Utrecht. In 1985, Sophie spent the next three years travelling through Japan on motorbike, working for Dentsutec and teaching western calligraphy. Sophie continues freelancing and works with commercial directors on story and shootingboards for international clients.
